Our lives are busy, and we receive lots of information from an increasingly diverse array of electronic media. We barely have a moment to ourselves, much less the ability to think clearly about what products to eat, drink and use on our bodies. However, when you consider what we ingest and use on our skin, coupled with air and water pollution, processed and genetically-modified foods, chemicals in our households, and other environmental toxins, our overall health and well-being has to be affected. Working with a coach will help you make better choices and become aware of your broader environment, a first step on the road to better health.

Health has many components--physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual-- and often changes as we go through our lives. After a certain amount of life experience, we begin to see where we want to place our focus, and start to nurture that part of ourselves.
